In the US at least nine percent of children has been diagnosed with ADHD. They get different medications prescribed. In the Netherlands suffer three to five percent of children with ADHD.
Our educational system is very dated. Teachers should support children what they want to do in their lives. Children should not be forced to sit all day in a classroom.
The underlying problem
In France, less than 0.5 percent children has been diagnosed with ADHD. Why is that? American child psychiatrists see ADHD as a biological disorder: it’s all about the neurons firing in your brain and not your surroundings or social situations. This is absurd, because the way you respond to the reality determines how your brain works, how information is processed and what fabrics are created.
According to French child psychiatrists ADHD is correctly linked to psychosocial and situational causes. Instead of prescribing drugs, they focus on the behavioral and search for the underlying problem.
Diet and lifestyle
The problem does not exist in the child’s brain, but must be seen in a social context. They treat children with various forms of therapy. In France, fewer children qualify for a diagnosis of ADHD. In the US and other countries childhood behavior as something that needs to be treated with medication.
In France, the focus is mainly on changes in diet and lifestyle. There is increasing evidence that additives like aspartame, artificial flavors, colorings, preservatives and GMOs can contribute to this ‘disease’.
The creator of ADHD would have furthermore admitted that it is a fictional disease. So we numb the minds of our children with drugs such as Ritalin and Concerta, hoping to calm them down. Children must precisely in being able to run around and be busy. They need to let off steam. We spend too much damage to our younger generations.
