US President Donald Trump expressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin was supporting “a terrible man” and that such an alliance is damaging for Russia and to the entire world.

Donald Trump blamed Russia for the situation in Syria for supporting President Bashar Assad, naming the Syrian leader “an animal” during an interview with Fox Business on Wednesday.

“If Russia didn’t go in and back this animal, you wouldn’t have a problem right now,” Trump said.

He said that Putin supports “an evil” man, and believe that such an alliance is bad for Russia and the world.

Trump would not acted differently he stressed about the attack on the Syrian airport.

“But when I see people using horrible, horrible chemical weapons … and see these beautiful kids that are dead in their father’s arms, or you see kids gasping for life … when you see that, I immediately called General Mattis,” Trump said.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), at least 70 people, including 27 children died during the chemical attack that took place on April 4.

“The images and reports coming from Idleb today leave me shocked, saddened and outraged. These types of weapons are banned by international law because they represent an intolerable barbarism,” said Dr Peter Salama, Executive Director of the WHO Health Emergencies Programme.

Without any leads the government of Assad was linked with the attack on their own people with chemical weapons by the West. This was strongly denied by the Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem and stated clearly they never perform such action at their own people or terrorists.

On April 5 the Russia said that the air strike near Khan Shaykhun struck a terrorist warehouse that had stored chemical weapons ment for Iraq. The next day, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a telephone conversation.
