Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov, a former leader of the elite troops of the Tajik police who joined recently terrorist IS proves to be trained by the US private security company Blackwater.
In a video message Khalimov claims to have been several times in the US to train alongside other special forces and Blackwater, reported the New York Times. The US Department of the Interior has confirmed this.
Independent journalist and co-founder of the webzine the intercept Jeremy Scahill recently revealed that Zacarias Moussaoui, also known as the “20th hijacker of the attacks on September 11, 2001,” had the phone number of training center Blackwater in his notebook.

Blackwater has done a lot of work for the US government. In 2012 wrote the magazine The Atlantic:
President Bush authorized the CIA to track and kill top-secret death squad members of Al Qaeda. The program was kept secret for seven years from the Congress. When Leon Panetta policymakers was informed in 2009, he revealed that the CIA had hired Blackwater private security firm to control it. “This was a historic move,” said the award-winning journalist Evan Wright, who wrote the book Generation Kill. It was the first time that the US government such a service outsourced to a private company.
Blackwater has in Iraq significantly misbehaved, but the US government dared not initially intervene. In 2007 employees of the military security shot 17 civilians dead in Baghdad. The company, meanwhile, has changed its name several times, had a contract of one billion dollars to protect the staff of the US embassy in Baghdad.
The research, which was conducted by the US State Department, was put stop after high manager Blackwater had threatened to murder the principal investigator, wrote the New York Times.
Earlier this year an employee of Blackwater get’s a life sentence for the murder of unarmed civilians, including women and children. Three other guards were given 30 years in prison.
